Booking details: property type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons, notes.
Consent records: when you accepted these terms and opted in to email or SMS, plus the IP address that submitted the form.
Message history: emails and SMS we've sent you and inbound replies we receive.

2. How we use it

To provide, schedule, and confirm your cleaning service.
To send service-related emails and (if you opted in) SMS: booking confirmations, reschedule requests, reminders, and follow-ups.
To improve our service quality and operations.
To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing SMS or newsletters unless you explicitly opt in separately.

3. SMS specifics

SMS messages are sent via Twilio on our behalf. If you opt in, you may receive: appointment confirmations, reschedule proposals, quote approvals, and 24-hour reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: our website host, database provider, email provider, and Twilio for SMS.
Google Calendar to schedule and update your appointment on our internal calendar.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep booking and communication records for as long as needed to provide service and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing greenmaids.eco@gmail.com — subject to records we're required to keep.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, withdraw email consent, or opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP or contact us). We honor opt-outs within a reasonable time — typically immediately for SMS, within a few days for email.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access controls, hosted on a reputable cloud provider). No system is 100% secure; we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
